I’m Fernando, creator of the Creative Journal.
The Journal is where I capture experiences, insights, and observations through multimedia — blending photography, videography, sound, and concise storytelling. Much of the content was born during my Screen & Media studies at TAFE NSW in Sydney, where I explored mobile journalism, video storytelling, podcasting, and social media content creation.
This creative practice complements my 25+ year career leading business and technology transformations. Today, I bring these disciplines together in my mentoring and coaching work, helping new generations of managers learn by doing — while also communicating in ways that connect across our intergenerational workforce.
My aim here is to tell stories about what unites us, what gives us a sense of peace, and how we grow freer through the experience of creating.
